Hannah earned her 200 hour certification from Semperviva Yoga in 2015, after which she completed a mentorship with Jacci Collins. She has since had the pleasure of teaching at the YWCA in Vancouver, BC, as well as at East 15 Acting School and Crabtree & Evelyn in London, UK. Class sizes have ranged from 5 - 50 students. Additionally, she teaches private sessions.

Hannah teaches gentle to moderate hatha yoga classes that are welcoming and joyful. She focuses on providing clear alignment instruction, and on making classes accessible and safe for all. Music, guided meditation, and poetry are included in every class.

She enjoys creating a little calm, restorative oasis within busy city life (as well as providing a good stretch).

Hannah is currently on hiatus from teaching due to some health issues, but looks forward to returning to the mat in the near future.
